In the SIX ADVISORS 90-Day Coaching program, you'll engage in an intensive learning and development process. The concentrated focus is designed to produce lasting results with high velocity and impact. The process involves weekly calls with your coach ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours (scheduled in advance), plus you will have practices and activities to take on between coaching sessions as you apply the principles in the context of your everyday life.
The program is designed for private individuals and organizational teams as well. SIX ADVISORS coaching can also be used in conjunction with Business Barometer Report, Candidate Assessment Services and/or our Managing Your SIX ADVISORS group workshops to create a seamlessly integrated organizational development system.
