The Managing Your SIX ADVISORS™ Workshop

This revolutionary success system will:

  • Scientifically measure the strengths and challenges in each Advisor
  • Assist participants in hearing the current advice from each Advisor
  • Identify the Advisors with the greatest immediate potential for growth
  • Provide tools and techniques to create lasting change

Most personal and staff development training programs focus on behavior modification. Unfortunately these programs fail far more often than they succeed. At best they provide minimal or temporary improvement. To truly impact results, we need to go much deeper. The Managing Your SIX ADVISORS™ programs provide the tools and techniques to create lasting and meaningful change.

To accomplish this, the Managing Your SIX ADVISORS™ Workshop merges the formal, deductive science of Axiology as used in the Hartman Value Profile Instrument with our proprietary SIX ADVISORS™ Assessment Report and the time-tested principles taught in Og Mandino's perennial best seller, The Greatest Salesman in the World. The SIX ADVISORS™ program has four steps:

Step #1: Assessment: Each participant will receive the SIX ADVISORS™ Assessment Report and review. Most reviews range in length from between 1 ½ hours to 2 hours. This is a very private and powerful time as participants discover underutilized strengths and identify challenges that have been holding them back from fully realizing their potential.

Step #2: Workshop: In this experiential and informative Workshop, participants will spend valuable time with each Advisor and leave ready to apply techniques and principles needed to maximize the strengths and take on the challenges of each Advisor.

Step #3: Follow-up: Participants will attend six group coaching follow-up sessions conducted by your certified facilitator. Sessions last for approximately one hour and can be held weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. Participants will follow a structured follow-up program designed to improve retention and continued improvement.

Step #4: Re-Assessment (optional): We can measure changes in thought processes and chart a course for the participant to follow to maximize benefits moving forward.


Participants will begin to develop a profoundly powerful and scientifically sound understanding of what has been driving their decisions, actions, reactions, perceptions, values, and beliefs. Using the principles from Og Mandino's Ten Scrolls, participants will identify strategies for developing their natural strengths and abilities to make new and better choices in every moment. The Managing your Six Advisors™ Workshop will set participants on a clear path to a better and more productive life.

The Workshop is delivered over two consecutive days, or may be scheduled to fit your organizational needs. All materials are included.

As you can see, Managing Your SIX ADVISORS™ is a complete system designed to maximize the potential for success while remaining flexible enough to meet your organizational preferences for participation. More importantly, results are measurable. Long before we measure, results will be obvious.
